Responsibilities

- Lead $5M+ R&D initiatives in next-gen computing paradigms
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to future-proof enterprise infrastructure
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic blueprints to US innovation councils and UN tech summits
- Manage global task force of 20+ PhD researchers and engineers
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private venture capital
- Author white papers cited by IEEE and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Synthetic Biology with 8+ years applied research
- Published peer-reviewed work in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and genetic engineering
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and biotech modeling platforms
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or ability to obtain immediately
- Experience advising UN/WHO technology policy committees
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized breakthrough technologies
