Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Author white papers on ethical AI frameworks for regulatory compliance
- Manage $2M R&D budget for prototype development
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies
- Present findings at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Published work on quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
- Clearances for DoD-contracting preferred
- Portfolio showcasing future-tech forecasting projects
