Responsibilities

- Drive innovation from conceptual ideation to prototype development and commercialization
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology visions to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech innovation
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong portfolio of launched products or research breakthroughs
- Exceptional leadership skills managing cross-functional technical teams
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
