Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures for 2026-era quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $10M+ in government/private innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
- Present roadmaps to C-suite executives and international regulatory bodies
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields like bio-quantum computing
- Drive patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI-quantum integration
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing DoD/NSF grants for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
