Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience with federal innovation grants and DARPA programs
- Certification in Technology Futures Analysis or equivalent
