Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience leading multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.) or major tech conferences
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Track record of launching at least two industry-defining technologies to market
