Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic development of our long-term technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology for the year 2026.
- Architecture & Innovation: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof systems that can handle exponential growth and new paradigms.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives, evaluating and integrating bleeding-edge technologies into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable development plans.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, engineering management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior decision-making role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging computing paradigms relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining technology strategies for future growth.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and uncertainty.
- Visionary: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies proactively.
