Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and edge computing.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineers pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into actionable technical strategies for the 2026 release cycle.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and scaling of legacy systems to support next-generation applications.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge technology partners to accelerate development.
- Code Excellence: Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Mastery: Expert level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and implement emerging technologies relevant to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
