Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Translate future market insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite executives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business analysts
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term strategic forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to boards
- Strong data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
