Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 digital transformation strategies across cloud, AI, and blockchain ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing applications
- Present transformation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026 innovations into commercial offerings
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences and research partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation, IT strategy, or emerging technologies
- Proven experience leading large-scale tech initiatives ($5M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or metaverse architecture
- Certification in TOGAF, SAFe, or equivalent enterprise frameworks
- Track record of launching products with 100K+ active users
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
