Responsibilities
- Architect scalable digital ecosystems integrating quantum computing, AI neural networks, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for 2026's breakthrough applications (e.g., holographic interfaces, bio-digital twins)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum data governance
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to commercialize future-ready solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market (minimum $100M ARR impact)
- Proficiency in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
