Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for Horizon Tech, aligning with our 2026 product vision and business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging AI trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and scalable architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating technical capabilities into business value and driving long-term growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive boards.
