Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 technological horizon.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI strategies into core product roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Present technical vision and architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and experience implementing fairness frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
