Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 AI and machine learning roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including next-generation LLMs and autonomous systems.
- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Drive innovation sprints to rapidly prototype future-forward AI applications.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, development, or product management.
- Deep technical understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from conception to enterprise-wide production.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
