Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure aligned with our 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the company's long-term AI vision and strategy.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of complex AI solutions from proof-of-concept to global production environments.
- Mentor and upskill a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model security.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains ahead of the curve and highly competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++, coupled with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise-grade AI applications.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, neural network optimization, and edge AI deployment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
