Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive '2026 Technology Roadmap', focusing on next-generation AI agents, quantum-safe security, and hyper-automation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic tech initiatives with overarching business objectives and ROI goals.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the prototyping and deployment of predictive AI models and decentralized Web3 architectures.
- Conduct ongoing market research to forecast technological disruptions expected to mature by 2026, integrating these insights into actionable strategies.
- Design and oversee change management protocols to ensure seamless adoption of advanced AI tools across all enterprise departments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency, ethics, and scalability of newly integrated 2026-ready systems.
- Represent FutureForge Technologies at top-tier industry conferences, panels, and thought-leadership summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology strategy, software architecture, or a related forward-looking technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from prototype to production in a corporate environment.
