As our 2026 AI Innovation Lead, you will work directly with the C-suite and top-tier engineering teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch AI products that will disrupt the industry by 2026. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching AI product strategy and roadmap targeted for a 2026 market launch.
- Collaborate with machine learning researchers and software engineers to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready architectures.
- Conduct competitive analysis and forecast emerging technology trends to ensure our 2026 product suite remains best-in-class.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
- Present strategic updates, technical feasibility reports, and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions, AI labs, and key technology vendors.
- Foster a culture of rapid innovation, psychological safety, and relentless execution within the engineering and product organizations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, or AI/ML Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex, AI-driven software products from scratch.
- Deep understanding of modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and neural network architectures.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where autonomy and proactive problem-solving are required.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technological innovation with overarching business goals.
