Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Development: Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation neural networks and generative AI models.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize large-scale data pipelines and GPU clusters for real-time inference.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable code.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of state-of-the-art algorithms (Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning) and their applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
