Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
